Over the past few years, the communication landscape has changed radically, mainly due to the convergence and proliferation of media, the evolving mix of stakeholders and web developments; an increasingly central role is played by issues related to sustainable development and innovation, areas in which communication has to move hand in hand with concrete actions. The role of the communicator, in this context, is to work together with the client on an integrated path, starting from the corporate culture to the categories of stakeholders of interest, creating qualified synergies accompanied by the constant evolution of language and tools.

Manuela is known for her extensive experience in communication and public affairs, reinforced by her background in journalism, politics and law. Manuela has been a partner at Brunswick Group; before that, she was founder and CEO of CT Srl, a boutique consultancy specialising in communications, public affairs and institutional relations with high-profile private and public sector clients.
Previously, she served as Head of Institutional Relations and Communications for Sviluppo Italia, the Italian Development Agency, and was Director of Romano Prodi’s Communications Committee – when he was elected Prime Minister in 1996. Manuela has also been Head of Communications for Colony Capital Ltd, Consorzio Costa Smeralda and Ravello Festival.
Graduated in Political Science from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, he has been a visiting student at UCLA Los Angeles and Fudan University in Shanghai. Afterwards, he specialised in Public Affairs by attending specific Master’s courses on the subject at LUISS Guido Carli and the Business School of Sole 24 Ore.
Since 2014, he has worked as a consultant for leading national and international consulting firms and as investor relations & public affairs officer for a well-known Italian asset management company. During the last two years he has held the role of Head of Institutional and International Affairs at AIOP, the Italian Association of Private Hospitals, representing the interests of over 600 private healthcare structures before national (central and local) and European institutions.

A media relations specialist with proven experience in press office activities, she has worked on several media campaigns in the fields of culture, art and entertainment. She began her professional career as a journalist, working between art, literature and entertainment with institutions, artists, publishing houses, theatres, festivals and leading companies in the world of culture. She has twenty years of experience in institutional communication and public relations.
Born in Vicenza in 1998, after graduating from scientific high school, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, International and Economic Studies at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice. In July 2022, she graduated in Global Management and Politics at LUISS Guido Carli University. During her last year at the university, she worked at the Luigi Einaudi Foundation in Rome, dealing with the organization of events and publishing activities in a variety of policy areas.
Currently, she works at Strategic Partners as Account Executive.
